Customs Brokerage services are accomplished by CUSTOMS BROKERS as required by the Customs Code 4458 entered into force on 05.02.2000. The customs department of GO ULUSLAR ARASI NAKLİYAT SERVİS VE TİC. A.Ş.™, which is our parent company founded in 1982 has become a legal entity under the name HCH GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVİRLİĞİ LTD. ŞTİ. ™ as of June 2000. It continued its activities due to law requirements. In this context, customs brokerage services are accomplished by HCH GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVİRLİĞİ LTD. ŞTİ.™ under the control and coordination of GO-LOGISTICS® group.
In general terms looking to all the relevant national and international legislation this covers the following services requested by customs administrations in all places in accordance with the mode of delivery: Import, export, transit trade, transit / transfer, temporary import and export, return to country of origin, free zone operations, etc..
All customs clearance services and the auxiliary services thereof are executed under the coordination of our headquarter by our local branch offices in Turkey. Outside the country the services are handled by the next branch office or by qualified partners allocated through the headquarter.
In our headquarter as well as in our branch offices we rely on our authorized and qualified staff.
Furthermore, we provide EXW / DAP / DDP services, customs transactions, and other relevant services across the world in accordance with our licensed and long term service providers linked to us by contract. Therefore we can offer a door-to-door service to our customers.

This kind of service covers the communication of information regarding the relevant subjects by publication of laws, regulations, circulars and other legislation to the customer.
If requested and authorized by the customer we can prepare and achieve all kinds of import / export documents, preliminary permissions and other documents as well as submit copies of these documents to the client.
